Problem trying to save the session cache on file

I am experiencing the following problem when I try to use session cache stored in file.
When the session cache is stored in memory everything works fine when I click on the button to generate a post back and reload the page.
When I change the setting and store the session cache to disk I get an empty page when the button is pressed.
I am attaching a sample project to illustrate the problem.

Any help is highly appreciated
