Install didn't create a desktop shortcut (which I would expect, even in a beta)
I previously had D2H2007 installed but uninstalled it prior to 2008 installation. The 2007 shortcut was abandoned by the uninstall, I don't know if that is relevant (or if a desktop SC has just not been implemented)

Hi Dana,
I reinstalled my applications for C1 and a shortcut did not appear on my desktop. If you would like a shortcut, go to all programs under the Start button, right click on the application and move the mouse to "Send To..." then "Desktop". This way it will create a shortcut for you on the desktop and you don't have to go to All Programs every time.
