I am experiencing strange behavior with scrollbars on my reports. The scrollbars do not become active until I resive the window to a fairly small size and even then I cannot scroll to the bottom of the report. When the window is maximized, the scrollbars do not appear, despite the fact that not all of the report page is visible. Is there a way to fix this? At this point, I cannot scroll to the bottom of the report. The only way to see the entire report is to switch to the "Whole page" view.
