As mentioned in your mail that when you try to set the alignment of the column to center and then try to reload the grid, you are not able to restore the same alignment settings.
Well in order to replicate the issue more clearly I would request you to let me know how you are trying to reload the grid and also let me know that before reloading the grid are you deleting the data from the grid.
I have tried to create a small sample at my end and I used the Clear method to remove the data from the grid and then I rebind the grid to recordset.
Please feel free to share your observations on the same.
