C1MainMenu and multiple monitors

I'm running 20082.19408 of the C1Command.2 dll and the main menu does not work properly when selected. If the windows is on the secondary monitor, the menu shows up on the primary monitor. An old version (20073.19306) works perfectly Please help -Matt
