Under rare circumstances, Doc-To-Help may encounter a problem installing VC++ redistributables. If this happens, Doc-To-Help will display a message that includes the link that you can use to install these redistributables manually. Click the link and download.
If this does not solve the problem:
If
installing the redistributables does not solve the problem, please send your
install log and your operating system information to the ComponentOne Support
Team at the following address:
The install log is located in the Temp folder of your machine. This is usually C:\\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp. The file will be named: <setupfilename>.log
