After installation has started, if this message appears:
1. Close Microsoft Word and Outlook.
2. Go back to the error message and click Next.
If the message appears again:
1. Open the Task Manager (Ctrl-Alt-Delete) and select the Processes tab, not the Applications tab. Close any instances of WINWORD.EXE and OUTLOOK.EXE.
2. Go back to the error message and click Next.
