To allow the contents of a cell to overflow into an adjacent empty cell

Call the SSSetBool function and set the parameters as follows:

1. Set the nIndex parameter to SSB_ALLOWCELLOVERFLOW.
2. Set the bNewVal parameter to TRUE.
