Displaying Selected Fields in Columns


Overview

If you bind the sheet using the default settings, the sheet automatically displays all the fields in the database sequentially in the sheet. If you prefer, the sheet can display selected fields in designated columns.

You cannot use both the default settings and custom field and column specifications at the same time. Once you override the default settings for the sheet, the sheet only displays the fields in the columns you specify. For example, if you specify that the third field should be displayed in the first column, the sheet does not display the other fields in the database unless you specify the columns in which they are to be displayed.
