To specify whether scroll bars are displayed

Set the ScrollBars property as follows:

• If you want to hide the scroll bars, set the ScrollBars property to 0 (None).
• If you want to display the scroll bars, set the ScrollBars property to either 1 (Horizontal), 2 (Vertical), or 3 (Both).
