Printing the Portion of the Sheet with Data

Overview

You can specify that only the columns and rows that contain data in the sheet are printed.

You can also set a specific block of cells or range of pages to print. For more information about setting a print range, see Specifying a Print Range.

Notes:
  • If you are using the ActiveX control, when printing a sheet that is using virtual mode, set the PrintUseDataMax property to False.
  • If you are using the DLL control, when printing a sheet that is using virtual mode, in the SS_PRINTFORMAT structure, set the fUseDataMax field to FALSE.
