Spread Designer

To specify a range of pages as a print range

In the Spread Designer,

1. From the Sheet menu, choose Print Properties to display the Print Properties dialog box.
2. In the Print Properties dialog box,
   1. Under Print, clear the Data Cells Only check box.
   2. Under Range,
      1. Select the Pages option button.
      2. Enter the range of pages in the Pages boxes.
   3. Choose the OK or Apply button.
