Spread Designer

To set the maximum number of columns and rows

In the Spread Designer,

1. From the Sheet menu, choose Columns and Rows or press the Columns and Rows button ( ) on the Sheet toolbar.
2. In the Column and Row Settings dialog box,
   1. Do one or both of the following:
      • Set the maximum number of columns on the Columns tab by typing the maximum number of columns in the Max Cols box under Settings.
      • Set the maximum number of rows on the Rows tab by typing the maximum number of rows in the Max Rows box under Settings.
   2. Choose the OK or Apply button.
