Property Value
RichTextBox.ScrollBars setting that determines which scroll bars are displayedFor more information refer to the RichTextBoxScrollBars enumeration in the .NET Framework Reference.
To always display a scroll bar (ForcedBoth, ForcedHorizontal, or ForcedVertical enumeration settings), you must set the Multiline property to true.
This example sets the type of scroll bar to display when in edit mode.
