Row index at which to start swap
toRow
Row index at which to swap rows
count
Number of rows to swap

Swaps the a range of rows with another range of rows.

Parameters

fromRow
Row index at which to start swap
toRow
Row index at which to swap rows

Number of rows to swap

This example takes the second span in column one and swaps it to the seventh row.
