Expands or collapses an outline (range group) of rows or columns, specified by level and index.

Parameters
- level
- Level of the outline (range group) to expand or collapse
- endIndex
- End index of the outline (range group) to expand or collapse
- isRowGroup
- Whether the outline is a group of rows
- expand
- Whether the action is to expand
Example
This example expands the specified level of the group range, in this case the range group from 0 to 10.
