Moves the active cell to the previous cell.

This method moves the active cell left to the previous cell. If the cell is at the beginning of the row, it moves the active cell up to the last cell in the previous row. This will cause the onActiveCellChanging, onActiveCellChanged, and onSelectionChanged events to occur. This method does not cause a postback to occur.
If the TabStop property is false for a cell and isTabStop is false, the cell is not skipped when moving. If TabStop is false and isTabStop is true, then the cell is skipped when moving. Set the isTabStop parameter to true to use the TabStop property setting for the cell.
