IsSpreadXmlFile Method (FpSpread)

Opens the specified file and determines whether it meets the minimal requirements to be considered a Spread XML file.

Parameters

fileName: Path and name of file

Return Value

Boolean: true if file is a Spread XML file; false otherwise.
