TextConditionalFormattingRule Constructor(TextConditionOperator,String,Boolean,Boolean)


The operator.
The text.
if set to true, the text parameter represents a formula; otherwise, it represents a normal text value.
true Indicates that the expression, referred to by a custom name, will not be restricted; otherwise, false
Initializes a new instance of the TextConditionalFormattingRule class.
