The Scroll Bars tab of the Spread Settings dialog allows you to set various properties related to the display of the scroll bars in the Spread component.
This tab provides the following items:

Align at Last Row and Column |
Set the scroll bar alignment of the last row and column of the spreadsheet in the component |

Scroll Box Reflects Maximum Rows |
Set whether the user can use the scroll box to scroll through all the columns and rows in the spreadsheet or just a limited number of them |

Horizontal Scroll Bar Display |
Set whether the horizontal scroll bar is displayed all the time, when needed, or not at all |

Vertical Scroll Bar Display |
Set whether the vertical scroll bar is displayed all the time, when needed, or not at all |
|
Scroll Box Tracking |
Set whether the spreadsheet scrolls when the user moves the scroll box |
|
Scroll Tip Display |
Set whether scroll tips appear when the user moves the scroll box |
