ExcelOperator Constructor(IExcelReader,IExcelWriter,IMeasureString)


An IExcelReader indicate the reader.
An IExcelWriter indicate the writer.
An IMeasureString indicate the utility instance for measuring string. The default value is a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
Initialize a new read-write ExcelOperator with special IExcelReader and IExcelWriter.

Parameters

reader
An IExcelReader indicate the reader.
writer
An IExcelWriter indicate the writer.
