Spread WinRT Documentation > Developer's Guide > Managing the User Interface > Using Formulas > Allowing the User to Enter Formulas |
Users can enter a formula in a cell by starting with an equals sign (=). Type the equal sign and then the formula such as = sum(A1+B1) once the cell is in edit mode.
You can use the CanUserEditFormula property to prevent this.
This example allows the user to enter formulas.
