Components not showing in Form

Im having problems with label and button.

Design time they show right on the form but when i compile my solution they arent showing on form.

How can i fix this?

So i got it fixed....

Properties->Design->Modifiers replace Private to public or internal.

What does that mean?

Im new in c# programming so, please help :)

I got the button working, but label is still invisible....
