Hello,

I have understood that you are facing the issue with Doc-To-Help. In order to replicate this issue more clearly I would request you to kindly answer the below mentioned questions related to the issue:

  1. What version of Doc-To-Help is installed on the machine?

  1. Have you made any changes to Template while using the Calibri Font? Also let me know that are you using any customized template in your project?

  1. As you have mentioned that issue is occuring when building the HTML help file, I would request you to try other help targets like Nethelp and check if the issue is occuring or not?

Looking forward for your reply.

Have a nice day.

Regards,

Patrick

Hi,

Please make sure that the style which you are using is available in your target and source template. I would like to inform you that you can also copy the styles if they are not available in your target template. Please refer the link mentioned below incase you need to know how to copy the styles:

Also please sure that you have latest version of IE installed on the machine on which you are facing this issue.

I hope this helps.

Have a nice day.
