What's New in 2006 v1

There have been enhancements to True DBGrid for .NET in the 2006 v1 release of ComponentOne Studio Enterprise that allow the user more flexibility. TrueDBGrid for .NET has enhanced the TrueDBGrid Designer, ValueItems Editor, and ValueItems Collection Editor interfaces.

Enhanced TrueDBGrid Designer Editor

The design-time column editor now has a new look and gives you greater control over the appearance of columns with just the click of a button.

Enhanced ValueItems Editor

The design-time ValueItems Editor allows you to control the presentation and behavior of ValueItems properties, as well as the ValueItem Collection Editor in one interface.

The design-time ValueItem Collection Editor has a new look and can now be accessed through the ValueItems Editor.

Support for Unbound Mode

True DBGrid can now display data without being bound to a DataSource. Creating an unbound grid can be done in a few steps. To create an unbound grid, see Display Data without Binding to a DataSource .
