DrawImage(Image,Boolean,RectangleF,String) Method
Example 

The System.Drawing.Image to draw on the page.
Boolean value determining whether the image has changed.
Bounds of the image.
Hyperlink URL.
Draws the specified image within the specified rectangle bounds and assigns a hyperlink to the area on the page.
