Remarks
If a WritePassword or a Password is supplied the Excel application will prompt for a write or open access password. If a WritePassword or a Password is not supplied no password will be requested to open the document. By correctly supplying the Password, the user will be able to open the document. By correctly supplying the WritePassword, the user will be able to write the document. If the read only recommended is set to true, the Excel application will prompt user whether to open document as read-only.

Requirements
