Inserts a page header and a matching page footer into the SectionCollection.

InsertPageHFInserts a page header and a page matching footer into the SectionCollection with the default names PageHeader1, PageFooter1; where 1 is an order number.  
Remarks
Only one PageHeader and one PageFooter section are allowed in a report layout.

    rpt.Sections.Add(GrapeCity.ActiveReports.SectionReport.SectionType.Detail,"Detail");
    rpt.Sections.InsertPageHF();
