ColumnDirection Property
Example 

Determines how ActiveReports should print the detail section in a multi-column report.
Syntax

Public Property ColumnDirection As ColumnDirection
public ColumnDirection ColumnDirection {get; set;}

Property Value

ColumnDirection enumeration value that specifies whether the report will be printed across or down; default is ColumnDirection.DownAcross.

Example
private void detail_Format(object sender, System.EventArgs eArgs)
{
    this.detail.ColumnCount = 3;
    this.detail.ColumnDirection = ColumnDirection.AcrossDown;
}
Private Sub Detail_Format(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles Detail.Format

Requirements

Target Platforms: Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
