Gets or sets a value that determines whether a new column (in a multi-column report) should be started before and/or after printing the section.

A NewColumn enumeration value that determines the behavior of column breaks before or after printing the section. The default value is NewColumn.None. Possible values are:
- NewColumn.After
- NewColumn.Before
- NewColumn.BeforeAfter
