Displays the radial menu at the specified position.

Parameters

placementTarget: Specifies the control to which the context menu is associated.
offset: The offset coordinates where the context menu will be displayed. These coordinates are relative to the control specified in the control parameter.
expand: Specifies whhether menu should be expanded at opening.
