The Quick Access Toolbar, which provides easy access to commonly used functions, is next to the Foxy for ASP.NET button (see Foxy for ASP.NET Button) unless it is moved below the Ribbon using the Customize Quick Access Toolbar button.

Customize Quick Launch button |
This button (the arrow on the right) can be used to move the Quick Access Toolbar (select Show Above/Show Below the Ribbon), or minimize/maximize the Ribbon (select/deselect the Minimize the Ribbon check box).
You can add ribbon items to the quick access toolbar by dragging the item and dropping it on the quick access toolbar. |
