Parameters

element: An System.Windows.UIElement on which the zoom gesture will be listened.
avoidIfCtrlPressed: Sets whether is required to press Ctrl key in order to start the gesture.
continuousScroll: If set to true it will raise intermediate events to perform a continuous scroll, otherwise the events will be raised from native mouse wheel events.
handleMouseWheel: Sets whether Handled property of mouse wheel events will be set to true.

Target Platforms: Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
