Paints a Windows.UI.Xaml.UIElement inside a C1Line.

Parameters

line: The line to paint inside of.
left: The left coordinate, in line coordinates.
top: The top coordinate, in line coordinates.
layer: The C1PaintLayer where to paint.
element: The Windows.UI.Xaml.UIElement to paint.
