If you need help with the product, or have any requests/suggestions, several options are available:
• Forums (http://our.componentone.com/groups/): Post your questions here and they will usually be answered in a day or two, by our technical support, developers, or by other users.
• Phone (412.681.4738): Phone support is available to customers that purchase the Platinum Support option with their subscription. This is the usually the fastest way to get support since you will be able to describe the issue exactly, directly to our technical support staff. Because it is a paid option, questions submitted by phone have the highest priority.
We also offer free installation phone support to customers, so don't hesitate to call if you have any questions during the install.
