About Studio Live > Studio Live Update Log |
The Update Log lists the updates that are currently being made, and have been made since the start of the current session of working with Studio Live. For completed updates, the details are included.
The log consists of the following columns:
Column | Description |
---|---|
Time | Lists the time of the update. |
Product | Lists the product name for products that are being or have been updated. |
Original version | Lists the version of the product installed on your machine prior to update. |
New version | Lists the new version of the product that Studio Live will attempt to install or has already installed. |
Status | Lists if the update is 'Processing', if it was a 'Success', or if the update 'Failed'. |
To view details in the Update Log, click the '+' icon next to the product name. If an update has failed, the details list will note why the update failed. If an update was successful, the details list will note what files were updated and where the original files were backed up.
The Update Log appears in a pane below the product grid. If the Update Log is not visible, you can click the Click to view log link below the product grid and above the status bar or the carrot arrow icon.
To hide a visible Update Log, click the carrot icon in the upper-right corner of the log.
