In C1PrintDocument tables, elements (cells, rows and columns)
are physically created only if they contain data, or if their style differs from default.
Hence the physical position of a TableVector object (i.e. a row or a column)
in the containing TableVectorCollection (accessible via the vector's
Owner property) is not the same as the logical index of that row or column
in the table. The Ordinal property allows to retrieve that logical position.
