You may use it to develop applications in conjunction with Microsoft Visual Studio or any other programming environment that enables the user to use and integrate the control(s). You may also distribute, free of royalties, the following Redistributable Files with any such application you develop to the extent that they are used separately on a single CPU on the client/workstation side of the network:

IMPORTANT NOTE for .NET 2.0 version users: The C1.C1Report.2 assembly uses the following DLL that is only included in .NET Framework 3.5 and later:
• System.Windows.Forms.DataVisualization.dll
This assembly will be installed on your system with other Reports assemblies when you install ComponentOne Studio for ASP.NET AJAX (CLR 2.0). It MUST BE INCLUDED with other ComponentOne Reporting assemblies when you deploy an application that uses ComponentOne reporting assemblies to other systems.
