Reads the chart property and data settings (chart description) from the specified file.

Remarks

This method loads the contents of the specified file in XML format into the chart. The file should contain the output of a call to SaveChartFromFile. If an error occurs during the file open, reading or chart drawing, an appropriate exception is thrown indicating the cause of error.
