The tab strip is located at the bottom of the C1WebEditor control. The end users can change the current view displayed in the text window from Design view to Source view or Split view.
While in Source view, the Word Wrap button is
available on the tab strip. The Word Wrap option is on 
by default; therefore,
end users can view and edit the HTML from top to bottom without any
left-to-right scrolling. To see the full view of the text (note that this shows
excessively long text strings), select the Word Wrap button 
to turn off this
feature.
