The C1Elastic Control > Using the Grid Mode > Design-time Mouse Commands |
Once you have a grid set up, you can edit it at design time using the mouse.
The Elastic uses the shift-control key combination to avoid interference with regular design-time mouse commands.
To resize a grid row or column, press and hold the control and shift keys, then click on a division and drag it. When you release the mouse, the grid will resize and the child controls will snap to the new grid layout.
If you start resizing a grid row or column and change your mind, press the Escape key before you release the mouse. This will cancel the resizing.
Note: The design time commands do not work in the Visual C++ dialog editor. To edit the Elastic grid in Visual C++, use the grid editor provided via the Elastic's Main property page. |
