Gets whether a specified border property has been set.

- Border setting from the BorderProperty class
Return Value
Boolean:
true if a property has been set;
false otherwise

Example
This example creates a Border object, sets several of its properties then queries whether the BorderColorBottom property has been defined and returns the result to a text box.
