A Floating Toolbar can be any Toolbar, Menu bar, or MDI Child Menu bar that the user can place anywhere on the screen.You can define the toolbar float area and customize the docked and undocked dimensions of a Floating Toolbar. You can also adjust the timing of a Floating Toolbar's opacity to signify the active and inactive states of the band.
