Functions in a Formula


The following predefined (or built-in) functions are available to use in formulas. Each function provides an example. Examples that provide results give decimal values for 10 decimal places.

For most functions, the arguments can be number values, cell references, or mathematical expressions that contain cell references, or other values as described in each topic.
