To set the border color for button cells

1. Use the SUPERBTNCOLOR structure to set the border color.
2. Call the SSSetTypeButton function.
3. Call the SSSetCellType or SSSetCellTypeRange function and set the CellType parameter to SS_TYPE_BUTTON.
