The starting place for all reporting with ActiveReports 9 Server is the Report Portal. Your administrator provides you with a link to reach it, as well as with a user name and password that allow you to log in.
Once you are logged in, the Report Portal shows you a list of existing reports that you can edit, run, or delete. To edit a report, click the Design command under the report name. To run a report, click the Preview command, or to delete it, click the Delete command.
On the left edge of the Report Portal are several buttons. The Open button shows you the list of available reports. Click the New button to create a new report. For more information, see Creating Your First Report. The Log Out button allows you to log out of the Report Portal.
