Selecting the Data to Display

You can choose the data that will be used from your data source by removing, adding, or hiding columns.

To remove or add columns

If you remove a column, the data in that column will not be downloaded. 

  1. Click the Data Source tab.
  2. Choose the ellipsis button next to the List name.

  3. Clear the check boxes next to the columns you would like to remove. Select the check boxes next to columns you would like to include.

    Tip: Click the Exclude all columns button Exclude All Columns to clear all the columns. Click the Include all columns button  to select all the columns.

  4. Click the Save Web Part button.

Note: Click the Views button and choose List to return to the previous display.

To hide columns (C1DataGrid Web Part only)

If you hide a column, the information will not display, but the data will be downloaded.

  1. Click the Columns tab.
  2. Choose the column you wish to hide on the left, then clear the Visible check box on the right.

  3. Click the Save Web Part button.
