Creating a Status Bar

To create a status bar

1. Add an ActiveBar control to your form.
2. Open the ActiveBar Designer by right-clicking the ActiveBar control in your form and clicking Properties in the context menu.
3. Select the Bands node in the Designer tree view.
4. Right-click and select Status bar from the context menu.
5. Press F2 to rename the new band.
6. Right-click on the new band and select Label from the context menu.
7. Set the new tool Name, Caption, and Label Style properties.
8. Press OK in the designer and save your project.
