To enable the Smart Designer for C1WebChart, complete the following steps:

1.   Add the assembly, C1.Web.C1WebChart.Designer.2.dll to your Web project.

2.   Add C1WebChart to your Web form, then open its smart and select the Enable Smart Designer checkbox.

3.   Click on the chart to run the Smart Designer.
