Fires after a column is resized by dragging the column header.

Remarks
This event is fired after a column is resized by the user, by dragging the edge of the column header cell with the mouse (see the AllowResizing property). It is not fired when a column is resized by assigning a new value to the Column.Width property.

Target Platforms: Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
